* Creation and implementation of quality benchmarks/parameters for several academic and administrative activities of the institutions.
* Facilitating the development of a learner-centric environment conducive to high-quality education and the maturity of teachers to embrace the necessary knowledge and technology for participatory teaching and learning.
* Set up feedback mechanism to seek response from students, parents, and other stakeholders to provide input on quality-related institutional processes.
* Dissemination of Information on many quality parameters of higher education.
* Organisation of workshops, seminars on quality-related topics and the promotion of quality circles.
* Documentation of the regular quality programmes and initiatives.
* Acting as the Institution's nodal agency for coordinating quality-related initiatives.
* Development of Quality Culture in the institution.
* Preparation of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) to be submitted to NAAC, according to NAAC guidelines and parameters.
